Well... I too have always taken a " cautious" approach to voicing my political views and opinions out of respect and consideration for other people's views and opinions. ... but this is an eternal issue , therefore, it concerns the Lord's views which I hold in the highest regard and priority . I am on HIS side. The issue is NOT the worth of a human being... but in honoring the Lord's definition of the sacred institution of marriage. One must then take a stand. There are no apologies for the Lord's ways and doctrine in my mind. I am sorry for all the confusion and dissension on this issue. I am sorry for those who suffer, but I voice my support of the First Presidency of the church which is the same as supporting the Lord himself. This is not a matter of opinion to me, but an absolute truth, a matter of the Lord's commandment and design for his children . He LOVES us all equally!

I totally know what you mean. I can't believe what this world is coming to. It's kind of scary.
