ok, i've seriously become a shallow individual with how many t.v. posts i've had lately.
remember, i'm pathetic.
so tonight, i'm having a major dilemma. you see, there is a 2-hour 24 premier going on...where the president is going to get kidnapped...and it looks so intense and thrilling. and we love watching this with our neighbors.
BUT.
also on tonight is the 2-hour season premier of the bachelor...will it be Molly or Melissa...or DEANNA?? (i mean, really...like Tiff and Bec, i wanted it to be Jillian...but since it has to be one of those others...just let it be Melissa. she's adorable. and Molly....isn't...and DeAnna is a psycho.). PLUS, this totally dramatic 1-hour special AFTER the premier (who knows what THAT's all about??).
SO: what's a girl to do? i HAVE to know who Jason picks...but i also HAVE to know what is going to happen to the president.
i know what your'e thinking..Marci, don't you have a DVR?
well, yes, we do. but we can't really watch our shows until Ellie is in bed (8:30)...and by that point our neighbors will be here...and i just don't think i can wait another whole day wondering who Jason picked.
i guess if you see our bedroom light on tonight till 2:00 am, you'll know why.
ok, i'm going to have a cupcake and debate out this issue a little more. any advice would be appreciated.

Um, im pretty sure that you should watch the Bachelor :-) I mean, we are talking about real life her Marce! And you can be in the thick of it with everyone in America. And then you can watch that other show. But you know that if you dont watch the Bachelor you will be thinking about it the whole time you watch 24. Just sayin.
I totally feel your pain! I'm supposed to be quilting with grandma tonight (and she's cooking dinner for me and the mr.), but what to do about the bachelor? If I wait until tomorrow, someone will certainly spill the beans and there goes 2 hours of pure delite. Ugh.

Here I am, a blast from the past. I just so happened to look at your blog and I can't help but not comment on this :-) You totally have to watch The Bachelor. 24 can wait until tomorrow (watch it on your DVR). You won't want to find out who Jason picks from someone else. Here' a little insight: I have heard that Jason picks Melissa but after the show ends, he breaks up with her and gets with Molly. How's that for a twist?

I have to watch the bachelor on the internet the next day (abc.com) since we don't have a dvr and I have to wait until the kids are asleep. I'm so scared someone will tell me what happens before I see it.

well when you do watch the bachelor, DON'T tell me what happens because I can't watch it until tomorrow when it shows up on hulu. I can't wait!!
p.s. Melissa is cute, i agree...but i get worried for Jason because he said she reminds him of his ex and deanna. is that a bad sign??
